Personal & Handcrafted

Every piece in this shop is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork. Because of this, each order is handled personally, with meticulous attention to detail and care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Processing Time & Bespoke Packaging

As an independent artist studio, we do not use automated fulfillment. Order processing depends on the size and requirements of the artwork:

  • Standard Artworks (Tubes/Cartons): Processed and prepared for dispatch within 5–10 business days.

  • Large-Format Artworks (Custom Wooden Crating): For oversized or highly valuable pieces, we commission custom-built wooden crates to guarantee absolute safety during transit. Please allow 14–21 business days for this bespoke packaging process before dispatch.

  • Made-to-Order Pieces: Production and processing take approximately 4–6 weeks. If there is any unexpected delay, the artist will notify you directly.

Premium Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide using premium, fully insured courier services. Once your artwork is safely packaged and dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • Czech Republic & EU: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–5 business days

  • USA & Canada: 4–7 business days

  • United Arab Emirates: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Communication For exceptionally large or valuable pieces, we may reach out to you personally to discuss specific packaging (such as shipping a large canvas rolled vs. crated) and delivery options before dispatch. We want to ensure you are completely comfortable with the process.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties For orders delivered outside the European Union, local customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. (Note: Original hand-painted artworks often benefit from reduced or zero customs duties in many countries, though local VAT may still apply).

Damaged Shipments All artworks are fully insured during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at art@sarahavni.com with detailed photos. We will resolve the situation with you personally.
