Return & Refund Policy

EU Customers – Statutory Right of Withdrawal If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at art@sarahavni.com within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition and, for the safety of the artwork, preferably in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Non-EU Customers – All Sales Are Final For customers located outside the European Union, due to the unique nature of our original artworks and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-EU orders.

Transit Damage We pack all artworks with the utmost care. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at art@sarahavni.com. Please include clear photos of the damaged artwork and the exterior packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a solution.
