Personal & Handcrafted
Every piece in this shop is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork. Because of this, each order is handled personally and with great care.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–14 business days. As this is an independent, artist-run shop, processing times may occasionally be longer. If there is any delay, you will be notified directly.
Communication
For larger or more valuable pieces, we may reach out to discuss packaging, shipping options, and insurance before dispatch. We want to make sure your artwork arrives safely and that you are comfortable with the process.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Czech Republic & EU: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping insurance is included for higher-value pieces.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at art@sarahavni.com with photos. We will resolve the situation personally.
