For Joy Mini IX.

24x32,5x1,5 cm / oil and acrylic on paper, under glass and framed, 2022

This spontaneous painting with a fun little mutant animal was created for fun and inspiration. These small works of art are created as sketches for larger paintings and each piece is covered in glass and framed. The paintings in this series can also be installed as a multi-panel artwork. "For Joy Mini IX." contains a quote from Bill Gates: "I choose a lazy person to do a hard job, because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it."

I felt joy and freedom when creating these pieces. I hope they bring the same emotions to you.
